Scope of application

The general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online stores www.yare.tools. The online store is operated by Yare Group AG, Landstrasse 274, 9495 Triesen.

 

Yare Group AG reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order shall be authoritative in each case and may not be unilaterally changed for this order. Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these GTC shall not be recognized.

 

The offer of products and services in te online store, explicitly also within the framework of the dealer program, is directed exclusively to a clientele with residence or company headquarters in Europe.

 

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Europe.

 

The offer is valid as long as the product can be found via the search engine in the online store and/or the stock lasts.

 

Product and price 

Yare Group AG reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the prices at the time of the customer's order will be decisive for the contract. Describing the price

 

The product descriptions given on the website of www.yare.tools are as accurate as possible and may differ from the actual size, color or shape of the products. The pictures of the products are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.

 

Yare Group AG reserves the right to withdraw products from the online store or to change the availability.

 

Availability and delivery time

Yare Group AG attaches great importance to indicating availability and delivery times in the online store up-to-date and accurately. However, Yare Group AG may experience delays in delivery, particularly due to production or delivery bottlenecks. All information on availability and delivery times are therefore without guarantee and may change at any time.

 

If products are not in stock, Yare Group AG will inform the customer immediately and provide an estimated delivery time. If the products cannot be delivered within a reasonable period of time or are not available for other reasons, Yare Group AG will offer the customer a cancellation of the order or an alternative solution.

 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete. If the delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, Yare Group AG is not liable for any delays or failures.

 

Yare Group AG is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

 

Credit cards and debit cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards to provide you with an easy and secure payment method. Simply enter your card details during the checkout process and your payment will be processed securely.

Prepayment: If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details after completing your order. Please transfer the amount due, quoting your order number. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be processed.

PayPal: We also support PayPal payments. Select this option during the checkout process and you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. PayPal provides flexibility and security for your online payments.

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract and must be paid immediately. When paying by credit card or PayPal, the purchase price is charged immediately after the order is completed. When paying in advance, the purchase price must be transferred to the specified bank account within 10 days after receipt of the order confirmation. If no payment is made within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 

Conclusion of contract

The products and prices in the online store are considered as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the condition that the contract is dissolved if delivery is not possible or the price is incorrect.

 

The purchase contract for products of Yare Group AG is concluded as soon as the customer places his order in the online store, on site or by telephone or e-mail.

 

Upon receipt of an online order, the customer shall receive an automatically generated order confirmation from Yare Group AG to the e-mail address provided by the customer. This order confirmation is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The possibility of delivery and the correct quotation of prices are reserved. Yare Group AG reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. An acceptance of the order is only effected by a separate confirmation by e-mail, in which Yare Group AG confirms the deliverability of the ordered product and the delivery date.

 

If Yare Group AG rejects the order, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded. In this case, there shall be no claim to delivery. Yare Group AG is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the goods are not available at the time of the order or cannot be delivered due to force majeure.

 

Delivery date

With the order confirmation the customer will be informed about a provisional delivery date or the customer will be contacted and an individual delivery date will be agreed.

 

The delivery time depends on the availability of the requested product. If the product is in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. 

 

If a product is not in stock, the delivery time can be 8-10 business days. In such cases, we have to create a weekly collective order or until there is a sufficient number of orders for a profitable delivery, as we have it delivered by our partner.

 

If Yare Group AG is not able to deliver the ordered products within the stated delivery period, the clientele will be notified immediately and informed about the new delivery date. The clientele is entitled to withdraw from the order if delivery is not possible within 30 days after the expiry of the original delivery period. Yare Group AG is not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.

 

Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer. This allows one to track the progress of the delivery and know when the package is expected to arrive.

 

Delivery / Collection 

Yare Group AG delivers the ordered products to the delivery address provided by the customer, provided that this address is located in one of the countries supplied by Yare Group AG. The shipping costs are indicated on the website www.yare.tools and are displayed before the order is completed. Delivery is made by a shipping service provider selected by Yare Group AG. Delivery is at the risk of the customer as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.

 

If the client does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, Yare Group AG may dissolve (cancel) the contract and charge the client for the delivery costs incurred and any loss in value.

 

The customer can also choose the option of self-collection. The orders can be picked up at the office of Yare Group AG at Landstrasse 274, 9495 Triesen in Liechtenstein. The clientele will be informed by e-mail about the pick-up date and must present the order confirmation as well as an official ID. The customer is obliged to pick up the ordered products within 14 days after receipt of the pick-up confirmation. If the customer does not pick up the ordered products within this period, Yare Group AG is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to cancel the order. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded.

 

Yare Group AG reserves the right to ship orders in partial deliveries. Yare Group AG shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred as a result.

 

Returns and warranty 

Returns

Yare Group AG is still working on setting up a full returns service to ensure satisfaction with our products. In the meantime, we ask customers to contact us directly via email at [email protected] for returns. For the return process, we need the order number and the reason for the return. After receiving the mail, further procedures will be discussed with the customer. 

 

Warranty

We do not offer any specific warranty for our products. However, occasionally defects may occur during production. In such cases, we conduct a comprehensive review of all affected products and take appropriate action to correct the situation. If the customer finds that a product is defective or does not function as expected, the customer must contact us immediately at the email [email protected] with the order number and the defect. 

 

Inspection obligation

The customer must immediately inspect delivered or picked up products for accuracy, completeness and delivery damage.

 

Delivery damages, wrong and incomplete deliveries are to be reported, also for all products and services of Yare Group AG within 5 calendar days from the date of collection or delivery. For this purpose, the customer can use the return form provided on the website www.yare.tools or contact us by mail at [email protected]. In this case, the customer is obliged to return the damaged products to Yare Group AG for inspection.

 

Yare Group AG reserves the right to check products for their functionality and quality before shipment.
