We are still working on setting up a full returns service to ensure that your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. Please include your order number and the reason for the return, and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further steps. Costs of returns are generally the responsibility of the buyer. 


Exceptions include: 

Shipping of incorrect items by Yare Tools. 

Obvious qualitative defects of the item


Warranty

We do not offer any specific warranty for our products. However, occasionally defects may occur during production. In such cases, we will make a comprehensive inspection of all affected products and take appropriate action to correct the situation. If you find that a product is defective or does not function as expected, please contact us immediately at the email [email protected] with the order number and the defect. We will carefully review your request and work together to find a solution.
